Reema Lagoo (3 February 1958 – 18 May 2017) was an Indian theatre and screen actress known for her work in Hindi and Marathi cinema. She began her acting career in Marathi theatre.[2]

After making her debut in films in 1979 with the Marathi film Sinhasan, she went on to play supporting roles, mostly that of a mother of the lead character. Her portrayal of a mother in films such as Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak (1988), Maine Pyar Kiya (1989) and Hum Aapke Hain Koun..! (1994) has been credited in the media as a coming of a "new-age mother" in Hindi cinema.[3][4] Her other notable performances came in films such as Aashiqui (1990), Kuch Kuch Hota Hai (1998), Hum Saath-Saath Hain (1999) and Vaastav: The Reality (1999).

Lagoo had a parallel career in Marathi cinema. For her performance in the 2002 film Reshamgaath, she was awarded the Maharashtra State Film Award for Best Actress.[5] Her role in in Janma (2011), that she called "one of the best roles" of her career received praise.[6] Lagoo also had a successful career as a television actor after her debut in 1985 with Khandaan. Her roles in Shriman Shrimati as Kokila Kulkarni[7] and as Devki Verma in Tu Tu Main Main won praise, with the latter winning her the Indian Telly Award for Best Actress in a Comic Role.

Ishqbaaz starts with Mahi (Nakuul Mehta) telling Kamini (Amrapali Gupta) that she does not understand how much the Oberoi mansion loves Shivaay. He says he is the foundation of the family. Lafzon Ka Rishta plays in the background. Kamini looks at him angrily and says you are praising them a lot. Mahi says they taught me about love and togetherness when I stayed with them at their house. He said even a small scratch on SSO makes them worried. Mahi says they are a very loving family. Kamini says where there is money, there is love. It is greed that binds them together. Mahi says no, it is love that makes a family. He says this is why you and I could never build a family. Kamini says after staying there for 10 days, you are finding shortcomings in our relationship. If there is a shortcoming, it is in you my son. She taunts Mahi and says he is worthless. Kamini says Ranveer (Ayush Anand) lost his job because of you and I am also in trouble. Kamini says if those people come behind you and reach here, I will be in trouble. She says leave this place. Mahi says where will I go? Kamini says go anywhere you feel like. She says you are the biggest mistake of my life. Mahi says why are you saying such things. In the bedroom, SSO tells Anika (Surbhi Chandna) that why are you saying all this in roundabout fashion, like a jalebi. She says jalebi and says I will tell. Anika caresses his face and gets up from the bed. He asks why are you getting up, this is not a speech. Anika says I have to tell you what you actually want to say/confess. She says you want to tell me…Shivaay says what. She tells him not to butt it. Anika says you want to tell me that I am a khidkitod beauty who has brought colours to your life. Whenever you come close to me, you heart starts racing. She says you feel desperate whenever you don’t see me around. She says you want to say, Anika you have captured my heart and made me a Ishqbaaz. 

SSO says really, you think like that…Anika says yes, you might not admit it because you are nervous. Shivaay says no, awkwardly. Anika says look you are nervous, you have become Billuji. SSO says nothing of this sort has happened to me, such behaviour is out of my character. The medicines have upset your mind. She says I knew you would not agree as you are a Tadibaaz. Shivaay says you feel made a Ishqbaaz out of me. He comes closer and pins Anika against the wall. He says do my blue eyes tell you everything. He holds her hand. Anika says I can see…SSO says I will not confess. She says you will, you definitely will. He picks her up and puts her on the bed. They share an eyelock. SSO comes really close to her as he settles the cushion. He caresses her face. Anika says SSO, you will confess won’t you….The phone rings…Anika says ghanti baj gayee…He takes the call and tells her that he is going out and will be back soon. He says Sahil will meet me you in the morning. He has come home. Anika says I will let you go on the condition that you will be before my eyes when I open them in the morning. SSO looks at her romantically and leaves. Anika says Shivaay and he is back. He tells her to sleep.

Mahi walks inside his house and asks Kamini if she sent goons to kill Shivaay. Kamini how come you are here. He says you cannot do this. She says how is it affecting you? He says because SSO is my…Kamini asks what…Mahi says I will not let you kill Shivaay. Kamini is upset.  Pinky (Nikita Anand) is crying in the hall and Daadi asks her what happened. She hugs her and weeps. Daadi (Navnindra Behl) asks what happened? Pinky says SSO is my only son but he has gone far away from me. He does not value me anymore. He says since childhood mom was the most special person for Shivaay. She remembers how he cheered her up as a kid. Pinky says what has happened to me. She says I tried to accept Anika but I feel bad. She says ever since Anika came into Shivaay’s life, the distance between him and me has increased. Daadi says you are imagining thing…she says Anika is his wife and he cares for her. Pinky says do sons forget their mothers once they get married. She says I told him I got fever but he did not bother. Daadi says Anika put her life at risk for SSO. Pinky says even I can die for my son, but I cannot bear to see him ignoring me. She cries in Daadi’s arms.

Shivaay enters a godown and says Ranveer where are you? He says attacking from behind is not a manly thing to do. He says come in front of me. A few goons greet him. He asks for Ranveer and they attack him. SSO gets into a fight with the goons and one of them hit him with a stick. He falls down unconscious bleeding from his neck.

Precap: Mahi comes there and bashes up the goons. He tells SSO that nothing can happen to him as long as Mahi is alive…

Everyone is giving blessings to Aaliya. Ruhi apologises to Aaliya for misbehaving with Adi. Aaliya, Ruhi and Pihu hug each other. Everyone is happy seeing them.

The man, who has been stalking Aaliya, secretly enters the house. He tries to touch her but she starts shouting. Everyone gathers outside. Romi and Bala run after him. Raman identifies him but before he could say anything Ishita comes and asks him to call the police. The stalker gets a chance to run away.

Ishita finds her fold locket on the ground. Just then Adi comes as he wanted to surprise everyone. Ishita and Raman decide to not tell him anything as it will add to his stress.

Ruhi on the other hand, is planning to make an AV on Adi's life showing his childhood pictures. She asks Ishita to take out all the old albums. While checking the pictures, Ishita gets disturbed seeing one picture. She suddenly gets up and leaves.

Ishita tells Ruhi that she is going to sleep but goes to Raman instead.

आने वाले एपिसोड में आप देखेंगे कि शादी के दिन कामिनी अपने भाई माही को शिवाय को गोली मारने का आदेश देगी। ताकि शिवाय के बदले माही ओबरॅाय बिजनेस का मालिक बन जाए। कामिनी की इस प्लानिंग के बारे में काफी देर तक सोचने के बाद आखिर अंत में माही शिवाय को मारने का फैसला करता है।

 माही के इस प्लान का पता चलते ही अनिका शिवाय को बचाने के लिए निकल पड़ती है। जैसे ही गोली बंदूक से निकलती है वह शिवाय को नहीं बल्कि अनिका को लग जाती है। शिवाय और गोली के बीच अनिका आ जाती है।

Manish tells Naksh that his father Naitik is lucky as he is handling their family business.Dadi scolds Swarna for going to Kartik's room. She reminds her of how much Kartik hates her and why she should stay away from him and his matters.

Dadi later goes to Naira and gives her the shagun. Naira is disheartened to see Kartik and Swarna's sour relationship. Dadi asks naira to make sure she behaves like a daughter in law and not advising people in their matters in the Goenka house.

It is seen that Shivaay, Anika (Surbhi Chandna), and the Oberoi family is striving to expose fake Shivaay while Kamini (Amrapali Gupta), Ranveer (Ayush Anand), and Mahi want to get Oberoi wealth and to ruin Oberoi family’s reputation. As seen till now in Ishqbaaz serial, Shivaay makes the plan of trapping Mahi in the fake murder of Khanna. But, unknowingly Shivaay confides into Ranveer about the plan and thus Ranveer saves Mahi from getting exposed. Naam Shabana box office collection day 3: Taapsee Pannu film collects Rs 18.76 crore

Naam Shabana starring Taapsee Pannu and Manoj Bajpayee has collected Rs 18.76 crore in three days. The film saw a huge growth on Sunday, with a collection of Rs 18.76 crore. Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh shared, “#NaamShabana is DECENT… Sat growth: 24.41%… Sun growth: 14.13%… Fri 5.12 cr, Sat 6.37 cr, Sun 7.27 cr. Total: ₹ 18.76 cr. Om Puri was born in Ambala to a Punjabi family. His father worked in the railways and in the Indian Army. As he had no birth certificate or records, his family was unsure of his date and year of birth, however his mother told him he had been born two days after the Hindu festival Dussehra. When he began his schooling, his uncle chose 9 March 1950 as his "official" birthday, however as an adult when he moved to Bombay, Puri looked up when Dussehra was celebrated in 1950, to establish his date of birth as 18 October.

Puri graduated from the Film and Television Institute of India, Pune. He was also an alumnus of the 1973 class of National School of Drama where Naseeruddin Shah was a co-student.
